Home User Maintenance Plan is designed only for private users, where system is used at home and for non profit activities. Home User Maintenance Plan gives access to support after warranty period as well to Software updates. Plan can be bought only if user have valid SkalarkiIO Profiler Home User License. Maintenance Plan is an software update, which happen on Licencing server. Status of license is available from SkalarkiIO Profiler/About dialog window. 

Home User Maintenance Plan includes:

• Free updates for 12 months (after that time, user can buy another maintenance plan to extend upgrades period),
• Support via email (5 different problems or 2 hours of active support),
• Basic hardware support within assigned two hours of active support.
